The Golf Events run by Autism Concern in 2010 have to date been a great success with still more to come.
11th September 2010 - Paddy’s Golf Day

The format is a Stableford Points Team event of 4 players, with 2 to count at each hole, and all 4 to count at 9th & 18th. We are also playing the KONE BALL CHALLENGE,, sponsored by the KONE Group.
Entries of A/ 2 players ,as we will pair them off with 2 players and B/ Mixed C/ Ladies & Gents only teams can be accommodated.
Tees times are as follows: A/ 9.30-10.30.B/ 10.30-11.30.C/ 11.30-12.30.
SUN PUB in HARDINGSTONE: The pub facilities will be used extensively for the event after the golf and the format is as follows:
- 2.30-4.30 KIDS SHOW TIME
- 4.30- 6.00 BBQ
- 6.30-7.30 PRIZE PRESENTATION
- 7.30-8.30 RAFFLE/QUIZ/GAMES
- 8.30-11.00 LIVE MUSIC with BACK ROOM BOYS

2nd July 2010 - Autism Concern Golf Day
The Winning Team was F.D.F. who scored 132 points
This year Autism Concern’s Golf Day had 15 teams entered to play at Overstone Park Golf Club.
Many of the teams have been taking part for up to 10 years and we are very grateful for their continued support.
The day started with a drizzle but the sun soon came out to make it a very enjoyable day for all concerned.
Our thanks go to all the staff at Overstone who look after us, provide an excellent course and food which is superb.
4th June 2010 - Nationwide Golf Day
Winning team were Clarity Credit Management Systems
Nationwide General Insurance Charity Golf Day invited 32 teams of 4 to play at Overstone Park. Players travelled from all over the country to take part. The prizes and competitions were sponsored by Nationwide and Direct Golf. This was the fourth year that Nationwide have supported our charity, a total of £7018 was raised from the day, taking the total to £21,108 in the four years.
